Frontier Beams
For Any Ceiling
Hollow Beams With the Weight of a Real Log
The hollow design lets your crew run them over existing structure, plumbing, or wiring without re-engineering the ceiling. The look is real square-log; the install is straightforward.
Standard length is 16 feet. For longer runs, butt end-to-end and jacket the splice with a thin metal decorative sleeve. Longer lengths are available by special request.
16-foot beams cover the majority of residential ceilings in a single run.
Distressed on every visible side — the unseen top mounts flush to ceiling or structure.
Built monster 20×20 beams reaching 25 feet — special request, no problem.
Glued, Clamped,
Pre-Stained
From there, each beam gets our two-step pre-age-stain on sawhorses — never sprayed — so the finish matches the rest of the build. When the freight arrives, your beams are ready to mount.
For the big stuff — like the four 20×20-inch monsters Richard built that stand 25 feet high on rock pedestals — the process is the same. Just bigger sawhorses.
